Greetings

Thank you very much for visiting the Hanayagi Motoharuna website.

From a young age, I was taught Japanese dance by my grandmother, who was a Japanese dancer.

When I was a high school student, I wasn't sure whether to take the Nichigei or Tokyo University of the Arts in order to pursue a career in Japanese dance.

After graduating from high school, he left dancing and entered a hotel vocational school.

Studying abroad in Australia for 10 months while in school, working as a hotel trainee after graduating from a vocational school

After working at the Hilton Hotel in Guam, he became convinced that he really liked Japanese dance.

I started Japanese dance again and reached the present. After studying abroad and working at a hotel, I took a detour to reach the path of Japanese dance.

When I was studying abroad, I once danced Japanese dance in front of my host family.

At that time, I was proud to be able to wear a yukata alone overseas, and to have a special skill in Japanese culture as a Japanese person.

As lifestyles and mindsets become more westernized, it seems that more and more Japanese people do not know about Japan. Diversity is valued and I have no intention of denying it. Western culture such as dance is also attractive, but how about experiencing the culture of your own country first? Wouldn't you like to feel the Japanese spirit through Japanese dance and feel the goodness of Japanese culture once again?
